Welcome to Contractor Bump

We build high-converting plumbing websites that work while you sleep. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), so please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our services—including purchasing a website package, using our hosting services, or accessing your Contractor Bump dashboard—you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreements.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Contractor Bump specializes in:

Custom website design and development for plumbing businesses Landing pages, lead forms, and automated follow-up systems Website hosting, domain setup, and ongoing website support Basic SEO and performance tracking tools Optional marketing and sales add-ons

All services are provided on a project or subscription basis, based on the plan or quote you accept.

3. Payment & Billing

Project Fees: Project-based services must be paid in full or as per the agreed milestone schedule before work begins. Subscription Plans: Subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, ongoing maintenance) are billed monthly or annually. Late Payments: Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or late fees. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed work or prepaid services. Please review deliverables and request changes during the revision window.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information about your business (logos, images, business info, etc.)Respond to our requests for approvals or content in a timely mannerMaintain access to your domain name and email accounts unless we manage them for you Use the site legally and not for any unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

You own all content and branding you provide to us. We retain ownership of our design frameworks, code, and proprietary tools used to build your website. Upon final payment, you are granted a license to use the completed website for your business.

6. Revisions & Approvals

We include up to 2 rounds of revisions as part of your project. Additional changes may incur extra charges. Final approval is required before the website is launched.

7. Website Hosting & Maintenance

If hosting is provided by Contractor Bump, we maintain your site on reliable third-party infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for external server outages or disruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time with 14 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate any service for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re committed to delivering a high-quality website, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., leads or sales). Contractor Bump shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or missed opportunities arising from the use of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
